SHIPPING AND RETURN POLICY

Oh So Luscious Boutique ships orders through USPS on Thursdays only. Please allow 3-7 days to receive your order due to processing and shipping.

Expedited orders will ship the following business day. Please select expedited shipping at checkout.

Lost/Stolen/Returned Packages

Oh So Luscious Boutique encourages all customers to thoroughly check the shipping information they enter at checkout. We are not responsible for packages marked as “delivered” by USPS.

Returned packages due to incorrect address entry by customers will be placed back in inventory and a store credit will be issued, excluding the shipping fee.

Returns & Exchanges

All items purchased with a coupon code, items marked as sale, beauty products and accessories are considered final sale items. They can not be returned. All other items can be returned for a store credit within 7 days of purchasing.

Customers who are mailing items back to the warehouse must ship their items back within 7 days of receipt. Customers are responsible for the shipping fee of returns. We recommend shipping via USPS. Please keep your shipping information until the return is fully processed.

Store credits are issued 2-7 days after the item(s) arrive at the warehouse. Due to high demands for products “exchanges” will not be guaranteed. However, store credits do not expire and can be used to purchase any and all available items.

Items purchased online and picked up in person must be returned in person. Items purchased and delivered by mail must be returned by mail.
